ConstantContact – low cost email management. Pricing starts at $15/month and increases as you add more names to your list.

iContact– low cost starting at $10/month. I have not used but I was intrigued with their introduction of iphone application for email marketing.

MailChimp – free until you get 2000 subscribers on your list. Then the cost is close to the others listed.
InfusionSoft - This is what I use – it is a little more pricey to start with at $199/month but the extras are worth the money. They will assign someone to work with you and set up your first sequences and opt-ins. For the $299/month package you get your shopping cart as well.

Shopping Carts:

OS Commerce- One of the best known shopping carts out there, this open source cart enjoys a large community of plugin creators.

1ShoppingCart offers you the ability to add “Buy Now” buttons to your already existing site, while offering you many of the features you expect from complete shopping carts.
E-Junkie – Michelle Shaeffer highly recommends – she says it is awesome and easy. Looks like starting cost is about $8/month.
